1/2 oz. Roku gin
1/2 oz. Sirene bitters

1/4 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. lemon juice

stir in a shaker with a big ice cube for 10 seconds
pour into a glass with that big ice cube
top with seltzer
rub the rim with a slice of lemon peel
garnish with that lemon peel

1/2 oz. Hendricks gin
1/2 oz. Bordiga Vermouth Rosso
1/2 oz. homemade blueberry compote

1/4 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. lemon juice

mix ingredients in shaker and muddle the compote
add ice cube and stir for 10 seconds strain into a glass and add ice cube
top with seltzer
rub the rim with a slice of lemon peel
garnish with that lemon peel
